Cancellation Policy
To make changes to your booking, kindly get in touch with us at least 14 days before your scheduled course date. Failing to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or, if the course has been fully paid for, a deduction of 50% from the total course cost. Cancellations made within 30 days of the course date will incur a $500 handling fee. If your cancellation occurs within 14 days of the scheduled course date, we regret to inform you that no refunds will be issued. However, you will have the option to reschedule your course based on availability, and reservations will be honored on a first-come, first-serve basis.
